Satisfaction Guaranteed
Your satisfaction with our product is guaranteed. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30-days of receipt.

Returning Items By Mail

  1. Enclose the original or a photocopy of the receipt.
  2. On the invoice, circle the item(s) that you are returning or exchanging.
  3. Please note the reason for the return.
  4. Indicate if you prefer a charge credit (to the card originally used), a refund check, or an exchange.
  5. If you're exchanging, let us know what you'd like in exchange. The shipping costs for the order sent in exchange is $5.00.
  6. Circle the name and address where we should send the check or exchange. If the address is different, please note the new address below.
  7. Pack and seal your return securely (in the original package if possible) and include the invoice. Packages must be returned prepaid - we cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.

Items purchased from a Coronado dealer (not directly from Coronado) cannot be returned. You must contact your dealer.

Credit Card Refunds
All credits will be placed on the credit card used for the original purchase. Allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.

Refunds On Shipping Charges
We will refund shipping charges only if we've sent the wrong item or the item is defective.
