CORONADO LEATHER LIFETIME GUARANTEE

We will promptly repair or replace (at our option) your Coronado Leather product free of charge if it becomes damaged due to defective materials or workmanship for the life of the product. This includes leather, snaps, zippers, seams and some hardware.

Products that have become damaged due to normal wear, misuse or neglect may be repaired or replaced for a reasonable charge. Lining, elastic and Velcro are guaranteed for one-year from the date of purchase. We will advise you of the cost of the repair or replacement and await your approval before proceeding.

Damaged products should be returned directly to the Coronado Leather Service Center. You should send the product freight prepaid and insured, to the address below. Please include a note explaining the problem, along with $15.00 for return shipping and handling within the USA. International customers are responsible for the actual return shipping and insurance charges.

NOTE: This warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the product and does not cover direct, indirect, consequential, incidental or any other type of damage resulting from the use of the product. This warranty does not cover misuse, neglect, normal wear, fire, theft, loss, or intentional damage.

Our new LIFETIME WARRANTY is applicable to all products purchased after January 1, 2005 only.

CORONADO RETURN POLICY

We will issue a full refund for the price of any item you return that meets this condition. We can only refund shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Our return policy is simple. Within 30 days of receipt of this shipment, you may return any product in its original condition. We NEVER CHARGE RE-STOCKING FEES. Sale and Discontinued items are subject to the same policies. 

RETURN POLICY FOR CUSTOM ITEMS

In some cases we will modify or customize products per our approval. Any customer or modified item is NON-RETURNABLE. 

PRODUCT EXCHANGES 

Product exchanges are also simple. If you would like to exchange the item for another, we can do so under the same conditions listed above. The shipping cost for an exchange is a flat $5.00 for standard delivery. Please fill in the exchange form below.
