The No.205 is an exclusive and timeless design that is crafted entirely in our San Diego, California factory. It is a full-size duffel that is carry on compliant for traveling with a roomy interior, a long 14’ inside zipper and durable, stout carry handles. We finish each duffel with solid-brass Italian made hardware and oversized #10 Ykk brass zippers, made in Atlanta, Georgia.

This is a LIMITED EDITION version made from Horween® Chromexcel Black with Shell Cordovan leather trim and accents. A stunning combination made from two of Horween's most well known and sought-out leathers. The Shell Cordovan (Horsehide) is used in several panels and pieces in the duffle, all hand stained and polished then sewn with a tighter thread count and precise stitching. Built from premium US tanned leather in micro-batch production of 10-20 units and marked with a unique 9-digit serial number, this is a true "Heirloom Quality" bag that can be passed down for generations.

This product was proudly designed, cut and sewn in our San Diego, California leather shop. It has been built entirely by our employees 100% (start to finish), in our own factory. We don’t “partially assemble” our products in another country then label them MADE IN USA. In respect to all the American manufacturers over the last century, we do it the right way, honest and true American manufacturing.

The Leather

Made from Horween® Chromexcel ®, one of their most popular and exclusive leathers. Chromexcel® is considered the “original” pull-up leather, with a unique smooth and sleek finish, a rich sheen and the distinctive high and low color tones within the hide.

Produced in the the world-renown Horween tannery in Chicago, using a bark re-tannage from a proprietary recipe, and then genuine hot stuffed with a blend of natural oils and greases. Chromexcel® is characterized by a rich pull-up in full aniline, hand rubbed finishes.

We finish the product with genuine Horween® Shell Cordovan. Quite possibly the finest leather in the world, Shell Cordovan is unique in many ways. It is extremely durable with a tighter grain structure, but most noticeable for the extraordinary bright luster and glass-like surface that cannot be replicated in any other leather.

We love building products a lot more than repairing them! That’s why we design and build them to last. We want the product to give you a lifetime of use, but if they fail due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair the product or replace it at little or no charge for the life of the item.
