How To Place A “Reserve Order” | Message In The CHAT
This is a product that we make year-round and in most cases can be ordered for you with a RESERVE ORDER when SOLD-OUT. A “Reserve Order” is similar to a “HOLD”. We simply require a 10% Deposit to place the order for you. It can be cancelled and refunded at any time and you can return the un-used product within 30-days. The Reserve Order helps us to determine what we have committed and what needs to go into our production. We don’t build it on demand, but it expedites the next production run for that product.

Simply send a message in the CHAT below and we will confirm availability and an estimated lead-time for the order. You can also email or call during business hours to make the request. 

This product was proudly designed, cut and sewn in our San Diego, California leather shop. It has been built entirely by our employees 100% (start to finish), in our own factory.  We don’t “partially assemble” our products in another country then label them MADE IN USA. In respect to all the American manufacturers over the last century, we do it the right way, honest and true American manufacturing.

Chromexcel® is one of Horween’s original and most popular leathers. For decades tanneries have tried to replicate the look and feel of genuine Horween® Chromexcel®, without success. For over 90 years, Horween® Leather Company has used the same artisanal hot-stuffing formula to infuse these leathers with an oil and wax blend to create an extremely rich and durable leather, which is then hand-stained. This heritage leather features the natural leather grain, exhibits a rich pull-up, and retains softness and color for generations.

As true artisans of their craft, they are recognized world-wide as one of the premier tanners of leathers like horsehide, shell cordovan, NFL® football leather, basketball & baseball leathers and much more.

We love building products a lot more than repairing them!  That’s why we design and build them to last. We want the product to give you a lifetime of use, but if they fail due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair the product or replace it at little or no charge for the life of the item.
