The Field Duffel No.300 was first introduced in the summer of 2024, making it our most recent duffel bag. It is an exclusive design with some unique features that are really functional and just looks great. The square shape is vintage inspired with a taller profile that is large enough to be considered a full-size duffel. The square body it taller and with a wider base than our other duffels, but not as long. This makes the #300 easier to maneuver through airports, trains and cars but with the capacity to carry like a full-size duffel will. The top double carry handles and large one-piece face panels, make the No.300 distinctly masculine and uniquely interesting.

Hand-crafted in our San Diego, California leather shop in a very LIMITED EDITION Horween® Chromexcel in color #8. The entire bag is made of Horween's well known and classic "cordovan or #8" color. This is a true "Heirloom Quality" bag that can be passed down for generations. Every step of the process is made in our San Diego leather shop, from design, cutting, hand-polishing and sewing, 100% American made. Each piece is individually marked with a unique 9-digit serial number and guaranteed for life.

Our production runs for Limited Edition products are generally from 5-20 units, so they are quite small and very special. In most cases they are exclusively available on our website unless otherwise noted.

This product was proudly designed, cut and sewn in our San Diego, California leather shop.

It has been built entirely by our employees 100% (start to finish), in our own factory. We don’t “partially assemble” our products in another country. We do this the right way, in respect to all the American manufacturers over the last century that have laid the groundwork for us to make our legacy.

The Leather

Chromexcel ® is one of Horween’s original and most popular leathers. For decades tanneries have tried to replicate the look and feel of genuine Horween® Chromexcel®, without success.

For over 90 years, Horween® Leather Company has used the same artisanal hot-stuffing formula to infuse these leathers with an oil and wax blend to create an extremely rich and durable leather, which is then hand-stained. This heritage leather features the natural leather grain, exhibits a rich pull-up, and retains softness and color for generations.

As true artisans of their craft, they are recognized world-wide as one of the premier tanners of leathers like horsehide, shell cordovan, NFL® football leather, basketball & baseball leathers and much more.

We love building products a lot more than repairing them! That’s why we design and build our products to last. We want the product to give you a lifetime of use, but if they fail due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair the product or replace it at little or no charge for the life of the product.
