The NEW No.812 B5 Portfolio is a new and exclusive set of folios offered in four different sizes. They are designed around ISO paper and notepad sizing, the most the most commonly recognized globally (A4, A5, A6 & B5). Each Portfolio is made specifically for one of the four sizes and will include a starter notepad in the appropriate size. Slide the portfolio into your briefcase, messenger or use as a stand alone portfolio.

The streamlined design is slim but functional enough to accommodate a laptop/iPad, multiple notepads, a journal, pen, business cards and a ruler slot on the back panel. The flap is double-layered and secured with a brass snap. The interior of the portfolios will have two full-size openings with the top pocket cut taller to slide in a laptop or iPad. Other features include an inside pen loop, a card slot and a back 1" oval slot cut-out to conveniently store a slim ruler.

This product was proudly designed, cut and sewn in our San Diego, California leather shop.

It has been built entirely by our employees 100% (start to finish), in our own factory. We don’t “partially assemble” our products in another country then label them MADE IN USA. In respect to all the American manufacturers over the last century, we do it the right way, honest and true American manufacturing.

The Leather

This is a Limited Edition offering for Holiday 2025, made from our Shrunken Grain Bison and Horween® smooth latigo. We used the trimmed "Shoulder" section of the bison hide which has the most pronounced and bold natural texture. The contrasting texture of the bold shrunken bison and the smooth Horween® latigo is truly showcased in these ISO portfolios.

The "Shrunken" American Bison is tanned in Milwaukee, WI and is one of our favorite and most unique leathers. The hides are between 5-7oz. and are chrome/vegetable re-tanned from bison hides that originated in North America. The leather goes through a complex tanning process that shrinks the hide to enhance the already bold natural grain of bison. Each hide has its own, 100% unique grain pattern much like our fingerprints. They are lightly waxed prior to applying a "hot chromed mirror plate" to give them a rich glossy sheen.

We love building products a lot more than repairing them! That’s why we design and build them to last. We want the product to give you a lifetime of use, but if they fail due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair the product or replace it at little or no charge for the life of the item.
