Jacket needed alterations so I sent it back with instructions. They got it back to me in good time, despite being backed up on new orders and production, which I really appreciated. "I bought my black hobo carry purse about 10 years ago. I love this purse it is my absolute favorite! I do have another Coronado Leather carry purse but the black hobo is my go to. After being loved/carried for 10 years the stitching on the tabs was coming loose. Per their warranty, I sent it back in (I shipped via usps with tracking and insurance) and not only did they fix the stitching/replace the tabs they fixed other things they noticed and I did not! I have tried other carry purses that fell apart after a short time. A friend told me about Coronado Leather. I love Coronado Leather carry purses and would definitely recommend them to anyone. They are 100% worth it."
