STAGECOACH TAN | Steerhide

Made from a light-weight (2.5-3oz) steerhide in a distressed tan color. This aniline dyed cowhide leather is lightweight by our standards and has an exceptional drape making it comfortable and "broken-in" feeling from day one. 

The hides are moderately distressed with waxes. Expect some natural scars and scratches to add to the charcetr of the leather. Overall an exceptional lighter-weight, comfortable leather for vests.

We love building products a lot more than repairing them!  That’s why we design and build them to last. We want the product to give you a lifetime of use, but if they fail due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair the product or replace it at little or no charge for the life of the item.

Our vests and jackets are US sized in what we consider to be “TRUE TO SIZE”. Because our garments are graded in US even number sizes, they move up and down in smaller increments. 

In general, you should order 1-2” larger than your “upper chest” measurement. This also  depends on your "Fit Preference", so consider what you will wear under the vest and how you prefer the fit (slim tapering or full cut).  If you will layer with the jacket or live in a colder climate, you may want to lean towards 2-3" more than your chest. In most cases 1-2" above the largest section of your torso would be your "Order Size".

TALL CUT
A “Tall Cut” Vest will be 2” longer (front and back). Nothing else changes.
A "Tall Cut” Jacket will be 2” longer in the body and 1” longer in the sleeve.

Although alpha sizing is very different by manufacturer, a loose comparison would be as follows;
