WHAT IS THE PIONEER SHOPPE ?
The Pioneer Shoppe is our "Maker to Customer" approach to retail. As a true manufacturer/maker we will use the Pioneer Shoppe to bring you new products at "Maker to Customer" direct prices. We will design and offer these products exclusively here at "Pre-Sale" prices from 15-40% OFF. Once the campaign is complete, we will build just what was sold and deliver in 3-6 weeks. No inventory, manufacturing efficiency and discounted prices for our customers.
Here will offer products that are unique in design, leather or function for men and women. This is where we will introduce interesting colors, new designs and unique leathers outside of our core materials.
HOW DOES IT WORK ?
We design, test and take photography for a new product offering. We then add the product to our Pioneer Shop for pre-sale as a “Campaign”. The Campaign offering will run between 7-15 days and the SHIP DATE will be clearly stated on the product page.
Once the campaign is closed, we will start production of the product regardless of how many units are sold. It’s that simple! The best part is you are getting manufacturer-direct pricing and some great products that you won’t find anywhere else.
WHY ARE THE PIONEER PRODUCTS DISCOUNTED SO MUCH ?
The Pioneer Products are generally unique and designed as LIMITED-EDITION items. For this reason, they are only offered MAKER TO CUSTOMER and not sold at the “wholesale” level, so they are truly marked at Manufacturer-to-Customer prices. We also do not have to carry inventory, as they are built to the quantity sold - No excess inventory for us to carry. All of this allows us to offer the Pioneer Products at prices 15-40% Off Retail.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO DELIVER THE PRODUCT ?
We will have most of the materials ready and waiting to be built. The Estimated Ship Date will be clearly stated on the product pages. Depending on the campaign, we will start production immediately and generally plan for a 3-6 weeks production time. If it is a product made in our San Diego, California shop, it will be on the shorter side, but again, each product will have a clear “Estimate Delivery Date” on the page and we will keep you up-to-date along the way.
WILL THE PRODUCT BE AVAILABLE AGAIN IN THE FUTURE ?
Most of the Pioneer Products will be LIMITED EDITION items that we won't offer again. If a campaign is really strong, we may bring back the product in a core collection but at the full retail price.
IF A CAMPAIGN IS "FULLY-FUNDED" or "SOLD-OUT", CAN I ORDER THIS LATER ?
More than likely not. If the campaign is FULLY-FUNDED or SOLD-OUT, that means we have reached the goal and we will have enough materials to make the sold quantity of units. You have an option on the SOLD-OUT page to "NOTIFY ME" when the item is available again. It would be best to click and leave your email address here. What can happen is, we may have more units cut than we estimated. If you are on the "NOTIFY ME" list, we will contact you if we were able to cut more items.
WHEN AM I ACTUALLY BILLED ?
You will be charged the full amount at checkout
ARE THERE ANY RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON PRODUCTS PURCHASED IN THE PIONEER SHOPPE ?
All products purchased in our Pioneer Shoppe can either be returned for a Coronado Store Credit or exchanged for another size or style. Because of the inventory & manufacturing process, we are not able to offer refunds on Pioneer Shoppe items.
