Return and Exchange policy FAQ
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase at Coronado Leather. We will gladly return or exchange your product within 30-days of receipt. Please take a moment to ensure the product fits and suits your needs. Do not remove any tags or labels until you are certain you are satisfied. The product must be in 100% the original condition when it is received by us, including all packaging. We would recommend keeping and re-using the original box if it’s in decent condition.
Returned products must not have been worn, used, altered or otherwise damaged and must have all tags and any included accessories.
SIZING, FIT & LEATHER
Leather is different, especially our leathers. There is a break-in factor to consider. Oftentimes leathers like horsehide and American bison will feel stiff and a little restricting the first time you are using the garment or boots. Remember, this is a natural hide that was tanned and finished for leathergoods and it needs to now adapt to your body. WIth jackets and even vests, the garment needs to be worn and molded to you over time. The waxes, oils will break-in a bit and the grain will loosen and adapt to your shape. This is what good leathers will do, they will look and feel better over time. Considering these factors, we usually recommend not oversizing your garment, but making sure it looks good and closes with ease.

- The product was FULL PRICE without any discount applied
- The product was not a PIONEER SHOPPE pre-sale item
If the product was purchased as a PIONEER SHOPPE Pre-Sale, we cannot offer a refund without prior approval. The PIONEER products are discounted and made-to-order to minimize inventory. If the product was purchased in our PIONEER SHOPPE please contact us to inquire about a Return, Exchange or CLC Store Credit.

INITIATING A RETURN
To initiate a return, simply email us at returns@coronadoleather.com or message in the chat with the following information:
- Name and the order#
- Return type (Refund Request, Exchange, Replacement Size, Store Credit or Other
- Your best contact email address and phone#
- Notify us If you would like a pre-paid RETURN LABEL sent by email. $10 will be deducted from the refund amount OR it is FREE for any size replacements, exchanges or store credits.
We will typically reply within 24-hours, but please allow up to 1-2 business days to review and reply to your return request.
PACKING YOUR RETURN
Once the return has been accepted and a return label has been provided, we ask you to return the product with the original box and packaging if possible. If you do NOT have the original box or if the box is not in good condition, please make sure the item is packed the way it was shipped to you. It should be flat and in the dust bag (not folded) if it’s a luggage item or bag, rolled if it’s a belt and folded once in the center and in the garment bag if it’s a jacket or vest.
- Include a copy of your order, return order confirmation or you can simply place a note with the order# and/or your name and best contact email and phone#
- Please note whether this is a REFUND REQUEST, REPLACEMENT, SIZE EXCHANGE, STORE CREDIT or other

The product must arrive to us in its original condition in order for the return to be approved. In addition the product must meet these requirements:
- The product was shipped within the last (30) days
- The product is in its original condition and can be re-stocked
- The product was not a SPECIAL SALE item or FINAL-SALE
- The product was NOT monogramed, altered or custom made
We will inspect the product upon receipt and if it meets the above requirements we will proceed with the request. Please allow up to 72-hours upon receipt to fully process returns.

What items are returnable?
- Full priced Items unused and in re-sellable condition
- Orders within 30 days from the Date of Delivery
Can I return a product purchased in the Pioneer Shoppe?
- All products purchased in our Pioneer Shoppe can either be returned for a Coronado Store Credit or exchanged for another size or style. Because of the inventory & manufacturing process, we are not able to offer refunds on Pioneer Shoppe items.
What items are non-refundable?
The following items cannot be returned:
- Pioneer Shoppe items (Pre-order)
- Sale items
- Discounted products
- Products that have been monogrammed
- Custom Orders
The item I received is damaged!
If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us and we will send you a replacement item.
Can the items be exchanged?
We allow the exchange of purchased items for selectable variants. Once the exchange request is approved, the replaced item will be shipped to you.
What are the refund options?
We offer refunds to the original payment method for orders that are Full Priced and Delivered in the last 30 days. *
Please note this does not include Pre-Orders from our Pioneer Shoppe.* They are non-refundable
How do I ship back the items?
As a small business, we cover shipping one way. For instructions on how to ship the returned products, refer to the email received after placing the return request.
Will you provide a pre-paid return label ?
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to return the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We DO NOT supply a return label for returns. In some cases, we will supply a return label for exchanges only.
How soon will I get my refund?
Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 5 - 7 working days after approval.
