Please include the following information in the body of the email:
Name:
Phone#:
Order/Invoice# (from the original order):
Replacement Item (name, description, size, color)
When your email is received we will process an EXCHANGE ORDER. You will receive an email confirmation. Please confirm the details and send your original product back with a copy of the email order (address below). We will handle it from there.
Return shipping is FREE, but you will need to get the original item back to us. Once your package has been received, we will send the replacement item and notify you with tracking information.

RETURNS
Coronado Leather products can be returned for a full-refund within 30-days of purchase. If you are not satisfied, return it to us in new condition and we will happily accept a return and process a refund (less any shipping charges).
- Please note that SALE & DISCONTINUED Items are non-returnable. In some cases we will accept STORE CREDIT or EXCHANGES on these items at our discretion.
Please return the product back to us using your preferred carrier. Include a copy of the invoice or the order# along with a brief note requesting a refund. Allow 5-7 days to process and credit your original payment method.
