How To Place A “Reserve Order” | Message In The CHAT
This is a product that we make year-round and in most cases can be ordered for you with a RESERVE ORDER when SOLD-OUT. A “Reserve Order” is similar to a “HOLD”. We simply require a 10% Deposit to place the order for you. It can be cancelled and refunded at any time and you can return the un-used product within 30-days. The Reserve Order helps us to determine what we have committed and what needs to go into our production. We don’t build it on demand, but it expedites the next production run for that product.

This product was proudly designed, cut and sewn in our San Diego, California leather shop.
It has been built entirely by our employees 100% (start to finish), in our own factory. We don’t “partially assemble” our products in another country then label them MADE IN USA. In respect to all the American manufacturers over the last century, we do it the right way, honest and true American manufacturing.

Our Horween® Americana leather is a natural, 100% vegetable tanned leather finished in Chicago, Illinois. The tannage uses Horween old-fashioned, time proven Shell Cordovan tanning liquors. A blend of fats, oils, natural waxes and greases are tanned into the leather giving the hides a durability, softness and a rich round feel. The hides are finished with a "hot-plating" to give them a smoother surface, a rich luster and a light sheen. You will notice a slight "pull-up" effect with light undertones and a wonderful "leather" smell. The "temper" or firmness of the leather is ideally suited for luggage and cases, with just the right amount of rigidity and body.

The leather is tanned at the Horween® tannery in Chicago, IL, where they have been developing and creating premium leathers for more than 100-years (Since 1905). Horween® is a five generation, family run company that we are proud to be working with. As true artisans of their craft, they are recognized world-wide as one of the premier tanners of leathers like horsehide, shell cordovan, NFL® football leather, basketball & baseball leathers and much more.

We love building products a lot more than repairing them!  That’s why we design and build them to last. We want the product to give you a lifetime of use, but if they fail due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair the product or replace it at little or no charge for the life of the item.
