LIMITED EDITION: Horween® Shell Cordovan & Horsehide Leathers

Newly re-designed in 2024, our vintage inspired "long" or "biker" wallet completely hand-sewn from premium grade Horween® Shell Cordovan & horsehide leathers. Each wallet is die-cut from one of our favorite leathers, Horween Chromexcel® horsehide strips (the section that rests just above the shell). It is ultra-strong with very little stretch and a smooth, rich finish.

The LIMITED EDITION version is made from a combination Shell Cordovan & CXL horsehide. We accent the flap strip, inside card slots and the zipper pull with genuine Shell Cordovan.

The wallet is 100% saddle-stitched, by hand in our San Diego, California leather shop. The edges are beveled, polished, stained and waxed all by hand. A truly handmade wallet that you just don't see today.

The exclusive design can only be found on our website or very select retailers. The unique layout has size credit card slots that can each hold up to three cards, a full-length bill slot and a 5" center brass zipper pocket that opens to the entire body of the wallet. A great spot for hidden cash, receipts or anything else that can fit. The wallet can we sold and used with and without the brass chain and belt loop.

Handsewn Saddle Stitched In USA

All of our wallets are proudly designed and built in our own San Diego, California leather shop. Each wallet is precision, die-cut and 100% saddle-stitched by hand, one at a time. We use premium, waxed hand-sewing thread, imported from Spain. After construction, they are individually finished with beveled, polished, stained and waxed edges all by hand.

Because our wallets are hand-sewn from 100% leather, without fabric liners or fillers, they will not only last longer but can be completely re-sewn and repaired even decades later. A true heirloom quality, handmade wallet that will last a lifetime.

The Leather

Horween's most recognized and sought-after leathers, Shell Cordovan. The flap closure, pen loop and card slot is cut and polished from the shell. This unique leather is made from the hindquarters of horsehide, known to be the most dense and durable section of the hide. Horween Chromexcel horsehide strips (the section that rests just above the “Shell” or horse butt) are tanned alongside Horween’s Shell Cordovan for the first 45 days, these strips have a combo chrome and veg tan, which is then hot stuffed and finished as Chromexcel. The leather is ultra-strong with very little stretch and a smooth, rich finish. A fantastic leather for belts and wallets.

We want the product to give you a lifetime of use, but if they fail due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair the product or replace it at little or no charge for the life of the product.
