How To Place A “Reserve Order” | Message In The CHAT
This is a product that we make year-round and in most cases can be ordered for you with a RESERVE ORDER when SOLD-OUT. A “Reserve Order” is similar to a “HOLD”. We simply require a 10% Deposit to place the order for you. It can be cancelled and refunded at any time and you can return the un-used product within 30-days. The Reserve Order helps us to determine what we have committed and what needs to go into our production. We don’t build it on demand, but it expedites the next production run for that product.

Simply send a message in the CHAT below and we will confirm availability and an estimated lead-time for the order. You can also email or call during business hours to make the request.

Our production runs for Limited Edition products are generally from 5-20 units, so they are quite small and very special. In most cases they are exclusively available on our website unless otherwise noted.

This product was proudly designed, cut and sewn in our San Diego, California leather shop.

It has been built entirely by our employees 100% (start to finish), in our own factory.  We don’t “partially assemble” our products in another country then label them MADE IN USA. In respect to all the American manufacturers over the last century, we do it the right way, honest and true American manufacturing.

This is the first product made from a leather we have been working on since 2025. Tanned in Milwaukee, Wisconsin this is a truly special leather that we are excited to finally add to our collection for 2026. We did run a micro-batch of a very similar leather in 2024 with Horween®, but they are no longer producing that article. The leather is a true vegetable tanned “shrunken-grain” American bison leather that is 100% natural and naked without dye. The leather is vegetable tanned and tumbled with waxes and vegetable tanning extracts that gives the leather it's "Light Tan" color.  The grain pattern and color is outstanding and the leather has a nice, firm temper ideal for bags. The beauty of a true, 100% veg-tanned natural leather is really how the leather will "Patina", age and wear. Expect the backpack to darken slightly over the years, mold to your body and use and develop a polished top-shine that is common in vegetable tanned leathers. 

We love building products a lot more than repairing them!  That’s why we design and build them to last. We want the product to give you a lifetime of use, but if they fail due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair the product or replace it at little or no charge for the life of the item.
