Pre-Orders of standard sizes (8-13) can be returned or exchanged if returned in ORIGINAL CONDITION, all tags attached and within 30-days of receipt of the product.

This is a  Limited "FIRST EDITION" boot with up to (50) pairs made in our leather. This is an EXCLUSIVE design that we developed with Rios Of Mercedes in Texas. Rios used our Aspen Horsehide leather along with combined design details to make an exclusive boot that you will not find anywhere else.

Handmade in Texas in small batch quantities, you will not find this style and leather combination anywhere else. There is no guarantee we will offer this version again, as our concept is to offer unique leathers and combinations that will change seasonally.

All of our boots are handmade in Mercedes, Texas by the Rios Of Mercedes boot company using our US tanned leathers.

With more than 160 years of bootmaking experience, Rios are building some of the finest American Western booths in the world today. We have proudly partnered with as the exclusive manufacturer for our NEW and upcoming boots in the 2024/25 seasons.

Rios is one of the last American boot makes that still employs traditional Channeled Insole Goodyear Welt Construction. An intense, highly skilled and truly handcrafted process that extends the longevity, improves comfort and allows you to recraft the boot for generations.

Each boot is hand-lasted and reinforced with steel that is secured with wooden pegs. A fully stacked leather heels are finished with a rubber heel tap for longevity.

This version is made entirely from a new Horween® horsehide called Aspen. Custom tanned for us in a dark brown, the Aspen horse has a rich lustre with a slight pull-up effect. Two features that really make horsehide leather stand out is the durability relative to the thickness and its's natural ability to mold and shape to your body and foot. It's one of those leathers that will age and patina like no other hides. 

Like all horsehide leathers, the grain is tight and a bit more durable than steerhide leathers in a comparable weight. The color is a light "natural" that will age and patina gracefully over the years.

American built and sized, so order at your standard western boot size. With all-leather construction, the leather molds to your feet and holds them in place with every step. If the top (throat) size is correct, you’ll need to stand and give a firm pull to get the boot on. The fit around the instep should be “snug” but not “tight”. The ball of the foot should fit in the widest section of the boot. When you stand and lean forward, the ends of your toes should not touch the sides of the boot.  

We love building products a lot more than repairing them!  That’s why we design and build them to last. We want the product to give you a lifetime of use, but if they fail due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair the product or replace it at little or no charge for the life of the item.
