THE NO.81 vaquero JACKET
The Vaquero Jacket is truly handcrafted, it's not just marketing. Each jacket is built by artisans that have been making leather goods for decades. Crafted in small batch quantities and in no way mass produced, each jacket is cut by hand, one hide at a time. The stitching is precise and intentional with tonal and contrasting threads that showcase the attention to detail, this is not your average leather jacket.
We use American made Ykk zippers and premium 100% cotton ripstop lining that is lightweight, breathable and durable.
The fit of a No.81 Vaquero Jacket was as important for us as the design. An often overlooked detail, we patterned the fit to be more tailored and slightly fitted, the way an American Western jacket should be. The body is cut longer than our traditional bombers and the sleeves are higher to prevent front bunching, all to give the jacket a more refined and tailored fit.

THE VAQUERO COLLECTION
In 2026 we introduced our NEW Vaquero Collection. An American Western inspired collection of vests, jackets, belts and accessories, the Vaquero products embody what Western Wear used to be before mass production of clothing and accessories came along.
Each product is designed with American Western details, materials and construction influences. Details like western two-toned piping and yokes, rugged bison, nubuck and suede leathers and solid, built-for-life construction and hardware.
