This is a Limited Edition Vest that is not always available. Our production runs for Limited Edition vests and jackets are generally from 10-20 units, so they are quite small and very special. In most cases they are exclusively available on our website unless otherwise noted and may not be available again. 

The No.490 Vintage Teacore Bison Rider was made in the Spring of 2026. We made only x10 vests and we do not plan on bringing this back in 2026.

Our "Milwaukee Teacore" Bison leather is a new article we have been working on for almost a year. Tanned in Milwaukee, WI from a 3.5oz. genuine American Bison in a deep brown "Teacore" distressed finish. Teacore is a unique and very much a "vintage" inspired tannage. The term "Teacore" refers to the underlying color being a lighter brown with a dark brown or black surface. The intention of a "Teacore" finish is for the leather to Ruboff or Patina with the lighter color coming up over the years. It has a unique "Vintage" appearance with the seams and edges of the leather worn with the underlying lighter brown. The jacket will come delivered with some ruboff on the shoulders, collar cuffs and other seams. As the jacket is worn, the natural patina of the leather will ruboff in different sections giving it a unique worn and truly "vintage" look.

This product does not include the CCW (Concealed Carry Weapon) pockets.

We love building products a lot more than repairing them!  That’s why we design and build our products to last. We want the product to give you a lifetime of use, but if they fail due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair the product or replace it at little or no charge for the life of the product.

Our vests and jackets are US sized in what we consider to be “TRUE TO SIZE”. Because our garments are graded in US even number sizes, they move up and down in smaller increments. 

In general, you should order 1-2” larger than your “upper chest” measurement. This also  depends on your "Fit Preference", so consider what you will wear under the vest and how you prefer the fit (slim tapering or full cut).  If you will layer with the jacket or live in a colder climate, you may want to lean towards 2-3" more than your chest. In most cases 1-2" above the largest section of your torso would be your "Order Size".

TALL CUT
A “Tall Cut” Vest will be 2” longer (front and back). Nothing else changes.
A "Tall Cut” Jacket will be 2” longer in the body and 1” longer in the sleeve.

Although alpha sizing is very different by manufacturer, a loose comparison would be as follows;
